More to the point I can't believe it was 2012 when I last posted on here - talk about consistency!!<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Goodbye 2013!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
For me the sun set on 2013 on this beach near Kona and 2014 started equally beautifully with my first sun salutation of the year on the same beach. But before this sounds too idyllic things went down hill pretty quickly after that with travel delays, plane mechanicals and a nice dose of the flu! However, on the positive that did give me time to check out some pretty cool blogs last weekend while recovering (more on them later) and long story short, it also led me right back here! It's been too long and I feel a timely reunion coming on.<br />
<br />
So much has happened in the last year - I've left suburbia and have moved out to a farm in beautiful Camarillo - it's amazing how far 20mins will take you. I've also started a new job - well they say change is as good as a rest!<br />
<br />
Also, from reading Sarah's last post it's amazing how somethings have stayed the same - I think we are both still chasing that elusive 12lb goal, which in my case may actually be closer to 15 after the Holidays.<br />
<br />
<br />
So to 2014 - a little less suburban and a little more wild?<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

I'm hoping to include more yoga adventures with Sarah in the great outdoors, share some healthy recipes inspired by farm life and enjoy more <span style="-webkit-composition-fill-color: rgba(175, 192, 227, 0.230469); -webkit-composition-frame-color: rgba(77, 128, 180, 0.230469); -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.292969);">creativity which has taken a bit of a back seat since the big move!</span><br />

I got a text from Leonie after she heard me complain about how
chubba wubba I got the last six months, “hey do you fancy helping inspire each
other to loose 12lbs? Maybe a joint project we can work on and blog on process…”<br />
<br />
What an awesome idea. “Yes!” was my answer of course. <br />
<br />
I’ve been feeling kind of blah lately. Kind of bloated,
tired and grumpy. I am 100% positive the food I’ve been consuming is not
helping that at all. <br />
<br />
Also I just remembered the hubby and I have a 40th
Bday party to attend April 12th. That in itself is inspiration to look cute in
front of all my hubby’s friends. <br />
<br />
My plan will go along the path of Paleo/Primal and as close to
Whole 30 guidelines as I can manage. I’ve tried this before and saw awesome
results in the way I feel (most important) and how my body looks (secondary
really in the grand scheme of things). For me this plan works because I love to cook. I can meal plan easy and bring my lunches to work. <br />
<br />
So with all this said. I started changing my food
habits on Monday April 1st. Hopefully in 12
days I will feel a little less bloated. Then I can continue on this path until
I am back to where I want to be, fit and fun.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihYD2Pz2HqBW0BdHrzj-EmbDWCi5YitH3CA35jVk6iJKoA3iMp3OSAL6w30_siWIj_nvFp-hVGTLNNHKSsVljgvTcDpD2N-KLl60xlx2M3rLuKG3XCRN71HyJp0brbWqyX2kosWHGuFPE/s1600/egg.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihYD2Pz2HqBW0BdHrzj-EmbDWCi5YitH3CA35jVk6iJKoA3iMp3OSAL6w30_siWIj_nvFp-hVGTLNNHKSsVljgvTcDpD2N-KLl60xlx2M3rLuKG3XCRN71HyJp0brbWqyX2kosWHGuFPE/s1600/egg.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
Here is the first meal. Starting with a hearty breakfast for the morning
of April 1st. Skillet eggs with pasture raised pork and greens. And dinner that night, zucchini pasta with grass feed beef meat<br />
sauce.<br />

Style…</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">

<div class="MsoNormal">
Lately I have none. Well I have one, it is <b>boring. </b>Yep,<b> </b>my style lately is boring. <br />
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
I love fashion. I always have. Leonie, my dear blogging buddy does too. She and I went to lunch yesterday and I realized she looked great and I looked well… dull.<br />
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Three years ago my style was pretty cute. I had a corporate job where I made a bunch more money so I spent said money on clothes and fancy shoes. I was a boss so I had to look nice for meetings, etc. Fast forward to now. My job is a casual one and I am not a boss. I took a step back in Corporate America to focus on Yoga and other fun life stuff. I am not trying to get ahead in my day job and for some reason this has translated into boring clothes.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<a name='more'></a><br />
When I say my office is casual, I mean REAL casual. We are allowed wear jeans every day, some people even wear sweats (no not me). I’ve personally seen the receptionist walk around the office with her shoes off, did you hear… HER SHOES OFF. Bare feet in the office are to me, always inappropriate. Call me crazy it is just how I was raised.<br />
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Any way I am setting a goal now for 2013. Dress better for work and play. This will entail shopping which I do like and buying new stuff. YAY! Also I’m going to mess around with my makeup and hair more. Exciting huh?!</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
So that being said, any ideas from readers and friends are welcome. I’m starting to check out stuff on Pintrest. Going to try and keep the $ spent to a minimum because well… just bought a house, downsized my job, got a new car means I don’t have much cash laying around.<br />
<br />
Leonie, thanks for always looking so cute to inspire me. And…blogger Holly, thanks for the creativeness. I love that you post your outfits on Instagram. I love your blog. <a href="http://hollywouldifshecould.net/tag/fashion/" target="_blank"><span style="color: blue;">Holly Would If She Could</span></a></div>

Have you ever had fresh eggs? </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">

Not just the grocery store
bought ones. If you have a friend who has chickens beg for some eggs. If you
ever have the opportunity to buy <b>fresh pasture raised</b> chicken eggs jump on it. </div>

I have dedicated myself to finding higher quality
ingredients. Knowing where my food comes from is important to me now. I try to
find quality local eggs whenever possible.</div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
I have never been an egg lover. I would gladly trade a meal with
eggs for one with just bread for breakfast. But then I discovered the
difference real quality eggs make. They taste so much different. They really
pack the flavor. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Plus the kicker… I find eggs help me lose weight. For a few months I’ve been having eggs often, like one or so a day. The verdict, it
works. It helps me stay full longer if I eat eggs in the morning. Also I just
had my cholesterol tested. My family has a history of high cholesterol and mine
tends to be high. Well turns out mine went down to 220. The reason it is even
that high is that my GOOD (LDL) cholesterol is now a high 130. My triglycerides
were also lower than my last test and in the normal range.</div>

Loving all three of these I was immediately interested and without hesitation grabbed my mat and headed out and off down the 405.<br />
<br />
<a href="http://ashleyturner.org/">Ashley Turner</a> led the yoga session with music by KCRW's Jason Bentley and this was followed by a guided tour of the Gustav Klimt's The Magic of Line Exhibition.<br />

The timing of everything was great too, in terms of it being for the Equinox and focusing on our dreams for the rest of the year ahead and actual timing for the class - just as we were in savasana all the fountains came on - providing one of those special yoga moments. (It may have been because the Museum was opening to the public at that time but hey- I'll take it!) <br />

Here is a link to the playlist, which included a remix of an old favourite of mine - Orbital's Halycon. Amazing for flow and a definite blast from the past....<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
The other morning I was teaching my outdoor yoga class at River Park in Ventura, it was a gorgeous sunny morning - which happens more often that not in Southern California thankfully!<br />
<br />
Towards the end of class a beautiful Monarch butterfly came by and flew around us for a few minutes. I love these creatures and have been trying to create a more Monarch friendly habitat in my garden so for me at least it added a special something to the morning.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
In fact, when I had left home earlier that morning I'd noticed one of three chrysalises that are currently on and around (another story) the milkweeds in my yard had just changed colour so I knew one of my butterflies would be emerging soon too.<br />
<br />
Sure enough when I got back this little one was out and waiting for his wings to fill. We'd named this one the Angry Caterpillar, as one day I returned home to find him trying leave the plant pot in what I thought was an effort to find more food, so I tried put him on a different milkweed. At which point he seemed to go a little mad and had what I could only describe as a small caterpillar tantrum, refusing to stay on the plant. I returned him to his original plant and hoped for the best. Luckily, he was OK and by the end of the next day he'd turned into his chrysalis. <br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6sMdLapAjSXGR2kpYiimQOx_3AU-UEVHP3PU_582EDPJRhkbDEFbZorAmxV5Z89HQpPqZ7hZITC0gUcFhhSn1vbun7Gic4NzGgQqlGvyoSdE3_N_6MZ1DtrWmRXwc05CkrA5f2yyZ8M0X/s1600/162.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6sMdLapAjSXGR2kpYiimQOx_3AU-UEVHP3PU_582EDPJRhkbDEFbZorAmxV5Z89HQpPqZ7hZITC0gUcFhhSn1vbun7Gic4NzGgQqlGvyoSdE3_N_6MZ1DtrWmRXwc05CkrA5f2yyZ8M0X/s320/162.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
You can see the second chrysalis on the leaf below. The second one was ready to launch the very next day. <br />

I looked everywhere but couldn't see him, then a few days later I was sitting outside and happened to look over at one of my plant pots and noticed the little green and gold pod. </div>

What lead you to
go to your first yoga class? Here is my story<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
A horse led me to yoga, with a quick kick to the face. :-) Yes, you heard me
right. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">A horse and a kick.</b><br />
<br />
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="float: right; margin-left: 1em; text-align: right;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFEULyCSh1YEUlGREUtobo4L2mAMh5X9VztuWDNjNeiWRs-hUXZ00RhAV8UEXzFu6mNt9bUYBMe3WYuMkHFeYI-KsHYiTtA-P30ReDJ81V1xlGb3NAmK_eHd0i7HIQ8YqHwIh06SaUe6E/s1600/tn%5B1%5D.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFEULyCSh1YEUlGREUtobo4L2mAMh5X9VztuWDNjNeiWRs-hUXZ00RhAV8UEXzFu6mNt9bUYBMe3WYuMkHFeYI-KsHYiTtA-P30ReDJ81V1xlGb3NAmK_eHd0i7HIQ8YqHwIh06SaUe6E/s1600/tn%5B1%5D.jpg" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Riding 2010</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
I was horseback riding occasionally with my sister at a barn here in my town. My
sister is quite a great horsewoman, riding English. She jumps and shows. She is
amazing. Me, well I was just learning to ride. <br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
One day I met her at the barn. We were going to take a few of the horses out
for a quick walk around since it had been raining for a few days. Mud was
everywhere, but it was a beautiful day. My sister’s horse, Asher, is a good
boy. But he was giving her some trouble, pushing her around not walking
right. This is my older sister but...I'm quite bossy. So I said,
"Let me do it. I am not afraid."<br />
<br />
I took Asher and she went off with the other horse. Asher and
I passed a big bag of apples he had been eyeing and.... for some
reason something spooked him. Up he went and ripped the lead out of my
hand. Not sure the details (of course they are a bit fuzzy) but then I saw him kick his hind quarters and thought "did that just hit me." It did. Literally, I got a swift kick to the head. <br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgNzz2-XVEd6IljerXUOUncFYXzPVCxxXWfRK3iWrz_5bawEHkHjyf9lR7gaW-o7WwNalnCd6Eg32NCYfaIhHpLaDJHLESLH8WTQ5h_pNrOHse7lSCB2rusdiFFg9PQooJ9wyi0VVB_XnI/s1600/face.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgNzz2-XVEd6IljerXUOUncFYXzPVCxxXWfRK3iWrz_5bawEHkHjyf9lR7gaW-o7WwNalnCd6Eg32NCYfaIhHpLaDJHLESLH8WTQ5h_pNrOHse7lSCB2rusdiFFg9PQooJ9wyi0VVB_XnI/s200/face.jpg" width="200" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">My broken face, see left side</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Obviously that was a bit dramatic and traumatic. But...this kick actually changed
me for the better. While I was healing after surgery on my broken face (eye socket and
cheekbone) I needed some way to work out and relieve stress. You should
know I am addicted to working out (sometimes).<br />
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
Looking through a little local magazine I found an ad for a yoga studio down
the street. I decided it was time to try it. From the moment I walked into the
studio I like I'd come home. For this I am thankful for that "bad"
day and that "bad" horse....<br />
<br />

<br />
So things have gone a little bit crazy in my 'trial' garden this year. I say trial garden as I had some empty space down the side of my house that was literally doing nothing, it was just dirt. It doesn't get full sun, about 4 - 5 hours or so per day in the summer so I didn't think that would be enough to really grow any of the veggies I wanted to - tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs etc. <br />
<br />
Well in Simi I guess 4-5 hours of full sun is plenty!!<br />

Anyhow I love sun-dried tomatoes and luckily it didn't take me long to find some great posts on how to make them.The 'pick you own' website has lots of information and I used it for tips for my toms and for drying my herbs too. <a href="http://www.pickyourown.org/tomatoes_sun_dried.htm">http://www.pickyourown.org/tomatoes_sun_dried.htm</a><br />

The easy steps took me from this....<br />

It’s a teachers diary... a yoga teacher that is.<br />

<span lang="EN"></span><br />
<span lang="EN"><a name='more'></a>I completed my yoga teacher certification (ryt200) in January of this year. Since then I’ve been teaching at a local studio on Sundays, subbing when other teachers are out and teaching some personal classes. It is awesome! I absolutely love it.<br />

But, it is a lot of pressure. I must say I sometimes get nervous. For me, a <a href="http://ayurvedadosha.org/doshas/pitta-dosha" target="_blank">Pitta</a> by nature, I have to write up and plan each class. It helps me be a better leader. I started a little journal so I could keep track of what I’ve taught and how each class goes.<br />

Everyone loves to read diaries so I thought I’d share some of my recent entries. <br />

<br />
<br />
Yoga in the City started the same morning in Sidney, Australia and traveled the world like a wave in a day, finishing on the pier in Santa Monica, CA in time for sunset. <a name='more'></a><br />
I hadn't been to any Wanderlust event before so didn't know really what to expect, apart from some yoga and being united in a good cause, which for me is good enough reason to partake in anything!<br />
So I headed out to Santa Monica armed with my mat, an open heart and an open mind to find out more.<br />

After a welcome and introduction giving more of the story behind Yoga in the City Sianna Sherman took the stage - she did a little bit of partner work to break the ice and bring everyone together. Sianna was followed by Tommy Rosen, talking about staying in the moment while we were in Arda Chaadrasana for 20 breaths! Then Derek Beres, Kumdini with Ally Hamilton from Yoga Anonymous closing our practice with some heart opening asanas.<br />

It was great to experience different teachers, each one bringing something very different but equally special to the moment. And in such a unique environment it was fun to be part of a much larger yoga community.<br />

I don’t eat before I go. As you can imagine I’m ready for food after. Our yoga studio is in a suburban strip mall. Of course there is a donut shop on the corner. Today I was craving a maple cake donut like you wouldn’t believe. </span><br />
<br />
<span lang="EN"></span><br />
<span lang="EN"><a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
Recently I started trying to cut back my gluten and refined sugar. It’s made a world of difference in so many areas of my health. I have a hiatal hernia and for some reason bread and glutinous items seem to make it hurt worse. <br />
<br />
Anyhow, I didn’t stop and get a donut, YAY! But when I got home I thought… what can I make at home that will satisfy that maple cake passion I have. <br />
<br />
Searching some of my favorite blogs I found this recipe.</span><a href="http://paleoperfectly.blogspot.com/2012/02/paleo-banana-mug-cake.html" target="_blank"><u><span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: blue;"><span lang="EN">Paleo Banana Mug Cake</span></span></span></u><span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: blue;"></span></span></a>

</span><br />
I love mug cakes lately. Since I'm trying to wean myself off my sugar/cake/cookie habits they come in handy for a single serving fix. I tweaked the recipe slightly by adding cinnamon and pecans and removing the chocolate chips. To be extra decedent I topped it with a teaspoon grass fed butter and more pure maple syrup.<br />
<br />
It satisfied that desire. SO good!!!!!!! <br />

One of my favorite staple recipes is this pesto. I'm so excited to share it with you!</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
It's Vegan and Paleo and oh so yummy! I add this as a sauce to everything, fish, veggies, as a seasoning in turkey burgers or meatballs. Top tomatoes with a spoonful of this... heaven.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<h3 style="text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9UPbknZx9BJNIcec27QPFzhdkZlSRaobmg5cH9r6mAhpXEzTr6veaGNrRUgH-p4VO0RgHLJSh0xEiAuDNTq3AkaxeAXshf51OFDYZ8BQ5hi0brTgX2KiKhgNXjZQr0iErcb4XpYEAbiI/s1600/DSCN2852.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9UPbknZx9BJNIcec27QPFzhdkZlSRaobmg5cH9r6mAhpXEzTr6veaGNrRUgH-p4VO0RgHLJSh0xEiAuDNTq3AkaxeAXshf51OFDYZ8BQ5hi0brTgX2KiKhgNXjZQr0iErcb4XpYEAbiI/s640/DSCN2852.JPG" width="467" /></a></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">
The "stuff"</h3>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">
3 cups basil</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">
2-4 cloves of garlic</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">
1/4 cup olive oil</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">
1/4 cup pecans</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">
1/4 tsp salt</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">
dash pepper</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">
1/4 tsp white balsamic</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">
Food processor</div>
<h3 class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
</h3>
<h3 class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
The "process"</h3>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
Add peeled garlic cloves to food processor, chop finely, scraping the sides as you go.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
Add washed, basil leaves (stems removed) to food processor, continue chopping with garlic. My food processor is small (see pic) so I add about a cup at a time, scraping down the sides as I go. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
Once all basil & garlic are processed , add nuts, balsamic, salt and pepper and grind. When it is starts to form a fine paste, add olive oil. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
Taste to adjust the seasonings. Add more balsamic if it needs more acid and salt/pepper accordingly. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for about a week.<br />
<br />
</div>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Notes</h4>
<div style="text-align: left;">
* Substitute other kinds of nuts, pine nuts, walnuts, etc. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
* Everything is an approximation. Make this to suite your tastes.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
* If you eat cheese, good for you! Feel free to add Parmesan after you chop the garlic.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
* Don't take pictures of food at night, after work in a semi dark'ish kitchen. They look bad. See example below. <em>(I guess that is more of a note to self.)</em><br />
<em></em><br />

<strong>Exploring the creative connection between yoga, life, art/design and the great outdoors.</strong></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<strong></strong> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<strong>Why start a blog?</strong></div>
<br />
Ever since we met - at a yoga retreat (of course) in beautiful Montecito, CA we found, not only did we share a passion for learning more about yoga asana, philosophy and teaching this to others, but also a shared love of all things creative. <br />
<br />
However both of our homes happen to be in suburbia just outside Los Angeles. A beautiful, peaceful, safe and quiet place which is great for us as yoga teachers but by design lacking a little of the culture and creativity we are searching for.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMfOqZtnzcMHAXQDQ_-famnZUvS3i1KzZrJcnh81F_LS4pkLgv5U7cTWFhNQCz3CG6DYVN5tY3wpdgQy7YcAYIjKzN8D7huKEgPspUobW_xflu1ojRsv8fQj3hHRtNEM0n7ytSh_n2LdVC/s1600/photo+(1).JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMfOqZtnzcMHAXQDQ_-famnZUvS3i1KzZrJcnh81F_LS4pkLgv5U7cTWFhNQCz3CG6DYVN5tY3wpdgQy7YcAYIjKzN8D7huKEgPspUobW_xflu1ojRsv8fQj3hHRtNEM0n7ytSh_n2LdVC/s320/photo+(1).JPG" width="320" /></a></div>

The question we both wanted to answer is how can we bring in more of the things we love adventures, yoga experiences, art, food, hiking and design, and generally living with a little more consciousness and awareness on a daily basis.<br />
<br />
Living in beautiful Southern California there are so many places to gain inspiration from which can spill over into all aspects of our lives. So it is our intention to share our passions and bring you with us as we go...<br />

<strong>Why Wild Women?</strong><br />
<br />
We're talking more about our connection with the earth and life around us rather than crazy, tequila wild, although that has been known to happen! The suburban bit we already mentioned!!!<br />
